Training
Selling to retailers

The sale to retailers is and will be increasingly difficult.
The concentration of distribution and the emergence of brands so indicate.

  • Only the vendors who rely on new techniques of persuasion and negotiation may face this situation with greater chance of success.
TARGET
  • Sales force and executives who visit the large retailers.
  • Heads of branded product.
  • Foremen, store supervisors.
  • Purchasing Managers of large retailers.

OBJECTIVES
  • To train the sales force in order to detect what situation (the need to convince or negotiate) is appropriate in each case;
  • To perform a course on High Impact and Trading for the sales force to increase motivation and facilitate the acquisition of new behaviors.
  • To transmit the basics of High Impact Communication:
    • The laws of impact to optimize the retention of the message and the mental registration of the product in the memory of the Purchaser.
    • Learn how to formulate the useful questions and conduct the visit in order to avoid being undermined by the Purchaser.
    • Empty your "black box", ie, detect and eliminate the mental parasites of the seller that act against the impact of the visit.
    • Learn how to make a blunt end so as to cause the commitment of the Purchaser.
  • To train them with negotiation skills.
