The Diagnosis: performed based on research and data on market logic and the perception of the category by the target group. .
The Elaboration: strategic guidelines to allow the company's differential regarding their position in relation to the market.
This phase is conducted through the analysis of the earlier steps (client-side logic and logic of the market) allowing the confront these two perspectives.
Later, these strategic alternatives are considered by the client in a Work Shop held for that purpose.
Eventually, a document on the strategy chosen and the description of each step to be implemented are produced. |
